Sanders Equities LLC is a fully diversified real estate investment and management firm whose primary focus is the acquisition and operation of industrial assets in the Tri-State area. We currently own and manage or have interests in approximately 2 million square feet of real estate.  Our strategy is to identify well-located properties to which we can add value over the long term through a buy-and-hold strategy. 

The Company was founded in 1999 by Arthur D. Sanders, President.  Sanders previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spiegel Associates located in Jericho, New York, where prior to his departure in 1999, he was recognized by the Association For A Better Long Island as Developer of the Year for the repositioning of several industrial buildings to create the 200,000 square foot Century 21 Department Store. Sanders brings more than thirty years of experience in real estate to a fresh, young team of professionals who work collaboratively to maximize Sanders Equities’ assets and provide our tenants with a highly productive landlord-tenant relationship. The Company maintains a holistic operational philosophy that purposely blurs divisional lines to achieve a diversified manpower overlap in operations to achieve comprehensive solutions to all challenges. We have combined the hands-on focus of a closely held business, institutional quality quantitative analysis and design, construction supervision and property management driven by field trained licensed architects to achieve a highly efficient operating model.
