Courtney Walsh, Property Accountant, joined Sanders Equities in 2020. Courtney is a member of the property accounting team and is responsible for financial reporting, cash management, lease administration, budgeting, and assists with A/R & A/P functions for the company portfolio.

Prior to joining Sanders Equities, Courtney was a Property Controller at RFR Realty, where she oversaw the day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of retail and commercial properties in both NYC and Miami. In that role, she worked closely with various asset and property managers to ensure the best accounting practices. Courtney began her career in the industry at UBS, where she managed the real estate expenses for all US locations, fixed asset allocations, and ongoing construction projects.

Courtney received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
