The Company was founded by its Chairman, Arthur D. Sanders, in 1999.  Sanders previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spiegel Associates located in Jericho, New York, Sanders brings more than thirty years of experience in real estate to a fresh, young team of professionals who work collaboratively to maximize Sanders Equities’ assets and provide our tenants with a highly productive landlord-tenant relationship. Jordan Sanders, President, oversees the Company’s operations, acquisitions, and development.  Sanders has over a decade of experience in real estate development, investment, and capital markets from his time spent at Sanders Equities and his prior roles at Prudential Real Estate Investors and a real estate private equity firm.
