Nicholas Ernst is responsible for all property management functions pertaining to the Sanders Equities portfolio, including oversight of all physical property issues, tenant relations and budget preparation and compliance. Ernst is tasked with ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction and maximization of all property assets owned and managed by Sanders Equities. Ernst also performs critical design and construction document production functions as a key member of the Company's Architectural Division.

Ernst earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology.  Prior to joining Sanders Equities he practiced architecture while being employed by an established Long Island architectural firm.  Ernst has over 12 years of experience as an architect and construction manager for a variety of projects ranging from retail, commercial, industrial, educational, health care and custom residential.  In addition to his experience as an architect and construction manager he has well over 10 years of experience in the construction industry working directly for some of the premier construction companies servicing the East End of Long Island.
