Steven Blaustein, General Counsel, has over twenty-five years of real estate industry related experience in commercial, development, residential, finance, leasing, investment, litigation and consulting for well-known residential and commercial real estate companies and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the Company.  Prior to joining Sanders Equities, Blaustein served as General Counsel for Xin Development Group International, Inc., HaysVentures, LLC and the Kushner Companies.  Over the course of his career, Blaustein has represented such clients as SL Green Realty Corp., Sitt Asset Management LLC, the WeWorks and Vornado Realty Trust and has successfully litigated complex commercial real estate disputes, as well as foreclosure and land use proceedings, representing Freddie Mae and Fannie Mae, Countrywide Mortgage, Citimortgage and Credit Suisse.  Blaustein has also served on numerous condominium boards representing the interests of both builders and owners.

Blaustein received a Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Isenberg School of Management and then received his Juris Doctorate degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Hamden Connecticut.
