Ted Pupilla, Director of Property Operations, is responsible for all property level operations, including property management, architectural design and construction. Ted also oversees all physical property due diligence on potential acquisitions.

Prior to joining Sanders Equities, Pupilla owned and operated a private Long Island based Architectural and Construction Management firm whose clients ranged from individuals and private companies to public and fortune 500 companies. He previously served as Director of Construction and Property Management for Northeast Equity Management, a Long Island based owners/developer, and as Regional Development Officer and in-house Architect at First Industrial Realty Trust, a Chicago based National Real Estate Investment Trust specializing in Industrial Properties.

Pupilla began his professional career at Spiegel Associates, a Long Island based Real-Estate owner/developer, where he was hired by Arthur Sanders as in-house architect/project manager.  He has over 30 years of experience working in the field of real estate management and development.  He has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed New York State Architect.
