Julia Leshaj, Property Accountant, joined Sanders Equities in 2014. Julia is a member of the property accounting team and participates in the responsibility for the day-to-day real estate accounting, financial reporting, A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, cash management, lease administration and budgeting function for the portfolio as well as communication with financial institutions, vendors and tenants.

Prior to joining Sanders Equities, Julia worked in property accounting and property management for privately owned family residential real estate company. Her current and prior experience in real estate has provided her the knowledge and experience to introduce best practices, standards, and workflow in commercial and residential property accounting and management.

Julia received her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, from Montclair State University.
